We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to collaborate on the large projects of our clients in the domain of fin tech and matching. All our clients are US-based. The projects are well founded and have a steady volume of work.
What will you do:
- Run UX research and directly engage with our clients/founders and their users;
- Identify usability issues and bottle necks in user cases and provide recommendations;
- Analyze and work out the user stories with our BA and turn them into prototypes;
- Present interfaces to product stakeholders and be able to explain interface decisions with expert confidence;
- Collect feedback from product stakeholders and make all necessary adjustments to deliver the best user experience;
- Create new interfaces with large focus on style, composition, typography and user engagement;
- Support and develop design system for each product we are working on and update our knowledge base;

It will be great if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in creating interfaces for complex web services;
- Hands-on experience of running consumer research activities;
- Hand-on experience of creating and supporting design systems using Figma;
- English upper-intermediate or better;
- Conversational Russian;
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS;
