Our CX team is looking for a UX research star! If you're a strong believer in outcome-driven innovation, are a fan of methods like JTBD, and, more importantly, have already been applying it on real life projects – we'd like to talk to you!
- Deep understanding and hands on experience with JTBD and Design Thinking methods
- Experience with preparing, running and analyzing user interviews
- Working knowledge of Figma, Confluence, Miro and Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence)
You'll be working side by side with our founder and will be closely engaged with our clients.
