Daily SOS: AI-Powered Content Creation

Daily SOS is a platform founded by Troy Lavinia, dedicated to personal growth, mindfulness, and professional development. Through webinars, guided meditations, and structured learning materials, Daily SOS provides valuable insights to help individuals navigate challenges and improve their well-being.
We worked with Troy Lavinia and Daily SOS to build an AI-powered content system that could automate and scale his unique approach to personal growth and mindfulness. Our goal was to create an AI agent that could generate high-quality content, including social media posts, webinar scripts, and structured lesson plans, while maintaining Troy’s distinctive voice and philosophy.
Objective
The goal was to develop an AI-powered system capable of replicating Troy’s unique voice, insights, and thought process to generate high-quality content for Daily SOS. The system needed to automate the creation of social media posts, webinar scripts, and structured lesson plans while maintaining Troy’s distinctive style.
Implementation
Building Knowledge Base
To ensure the AI agent could generate content in Troy’s voice, all of his past webinars (approximately 180 sessions) were transcribed and analyzed. Using RevAI, older recordings without existing transcripts were processed, ensuring that even early content was included in the dataset.
AI processing was applied to extract only Troy’s direct quotes, filtering out filler content to maintain accuracy. The collected data was then segmented into 834 AI-digestible chunks, with content sourced from webinar transcripts and Troy’s book.
A Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge base was built, storing key insights from webinars and book content. This allowed the AI agent to search and retrieve relevant information, generating responses and creating content that closely mimicked Troy’s tone and messaging.
Developing the AI Content Agent
The AI agent was trained on the Daily SOS knowledge base, enabling it to:
- Write social media posts for Troy’s LinkedIn and the Daily SOS website.
- Generate scripts for upcoming webinars, ensuring a consistent teaching style.
- Create structured lesson plans, including exercises, meditations, and calls to action aligned with Troy’s philosophy.
By using RelevanceAI, we were able to integrate pre-built AI templates, eliminating the need for manual coding and accelerating deployment. The AI was further instructed to mimic Troy’s style and tone, allowing it to generate content from simple instructions like:
"Write a blog post about the daily surrender."
Content Automation & Optimization
The AI agent was integrated with content publishing tools, allowing for automated yet personalized content distribution. Each generated piece referenced Daily SOS huddles, the meditation library, and Troy’s framework, reinforcing brand identity and enhancing audience engagement.
The system also included a vector-based search engine, making it easier to retrieve and reuse Troy’s previous insights, ensuring consistency in content creation.
Results & Impact
- The AI now writes authentic content that maintains Troy’s unique style across platforms.
- Social media engagement has increased, with more consistent and high-value content.
- Webinar preparation time has been significantly reduced, as the AI generates structured and ready-to-use scripts, allowing Troy to focus on strategic work.
- The AI can now adapt to new content formats, enabling the creation of masterclasses, sales pages, and video scripts based on Troy’s materials.
