Position Overview:

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to own and grow our LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube followings. You’ll craft compelling B2B content that engages our audience, builds brand authority, and supports both our corporate brand and CEO’s personal brand. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration with internal leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging posts (carousels, videos, infographics, threads) tailored to LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Brand Building: Strengthen Productera’s corporate identity and the CEO’s personal brand through thought leadership content aligned with business goals.
  • Calendar Management: Plan and execute a cohesive social media calendar, ensuring timely posting and alignment with company campaigns.
  • Executive Collaboration: Work with the CEO, CMO, and VP of Growth to ideate and refine executive thought leadership content (e.g., articles, hot takes, industry insights).
  • Audience Growth: Research trends, analyze competitors, and brainstorm content ideas to increase engagement and grow followers.
  • Podcast Promotion: Partner with the Podcast Operations Manager to repurpose Curiosity Code Podcast clips into social hooks and promotional posts.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track social performance metrics, refine strategies based on data, and report insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with social tools like Buffer/Later, Canva/Adobe Suite, and analytics platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, GA4, Pipedrive CRM).
  • Strong understanding of how to personalize our content strategy to each channel and effective ways to boost engagement to our B2B audience.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing B2B social media accounts (LinkedIn and X/Twitter required; YouTube a plus).
  • Portfolio showcasing expertise in creating high-converting B2B content (e.g., thought leadership posts, video scripts, engagement campaigns).
  • Bonus: Experience promoting podcasts or multimedia content.
